Client Vision
The physical space of the Infinity Fitness Academy represents the pinnacle of luxury in Novi Sad. The client's vision was unequivocal: the digital member experience had to strictly reflect this standard. The goal wasn't just to build an ordinary website, but to create an exclusive digital club—a "Bespoke" web application designed to visually captivate and operationally excel.
The Challenge
The client already utilized an internal legacy CRM for basic front-desk check-ins and locker assignments. The challenge for our team was to engineer a brand-new, elite digital layer exclusively for the members without disrupting existing desk operations. We needed to design a vastly superior UI/UX interface, introduce advanced features (booking, interactive progression tracking), and simultaneously build a secure, cloud-based "backup" CRM system.
The LuKul Solution
Rather than forcing an invasive system replacement, LuKul Atelier implemented a parallel ecosystem architecture. We developed a powerful Progressive Web Application (PWA) featuring:
- Premium UI/UX (Liquid Metal Design): We engineered dynamic CSS animations simulating the flow of liquid gold, obsidian, and amethyst, elevating digital membership cards into literal status symbols.
- Member-Centric Portal: We integrated a complex member ecosystem featuring a smart consistency calendar, live Pilates booking, and scientific calculators (BMI, Epley 1RM) to optimize training regimes.
- Shadow CRM & Safe-Fail Protocols: The application is hooked into the Google Firebase infrastructure. It operates as a flawless operational backup equipped with dynamic QR codes, an integrated instant feedback loop, and custom "Safe-Fail" scripts that prevent app crashes during network handoffs.
Result & Impact
The intersection of the digital and physical worlds is now invisible. The member experience has been elevated to align with world-class premium brands. Through this bespoke application, members now carry a sense of ultimate control and luxury directly in their pockets. Front desk operations continue seamlessly via the legacy system, while Infinity Fitness now wields a modern technological infrastructure that completely separates them from any market competition.
