Account Deletion Request

You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data from the LuKul Atelier platform. This page explains what data will be deleted, what may be retained, and how to submit your request.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Profile: Your account profile, email address, display name, and role designation.
• Training Plans: All active and archived mesocycle/macrocycle training plans.
• Workout Logs: All session logs including exercises, sets, reps, weight, RPE, and comments.
• Biometrics & Client Metrics: Bodyweight records, readiness scores, training age, and any user-entered biological data.
• Coach-Client Links: All active and historical coach-client relationship records.
• Third-Party Integration Tokens: Any stored OAuth tokens or linked data from WHOOP, Oura Ring, Strava, or other integrated services.
• Draft Data: Any locally or remotely stored session drafts.

2. What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained if required by law, regulation, or legitimate security interest:

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you.
• Payment transaction records required for tax or accounting compliance.
• Security audit logs retained for fraud prevention (maximum 90 days post-deletion).

3. Identity Verification

To protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests, we require identity verification. Your deletion request must be sent from the email address associated with your LuKul Atelier account.

4. Processing Timeframe

We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 calendar days of receiving a verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been purged.

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Account Email: The email address used to register your account.
• Full Name: Your full name as it appears on your profile.
• Account Type: Whether you are a Coach or Client.
• Confirmation: A clear statement confirming you understand this action is permanent and irreversible.

7. Coach Accounts

If you are a Coach, deleting your account will also remove your access to all linked client data. Client accounts and their data will not be deleted as a result of coach account deletion. Clients will be unlinked and may continue using the Platform independently or link with another Coach.
