Terms of Service

1. Platform Identity

Lukul Atelier is a bespoke strength training and biometric tracking platform operated by Lukul Atelier LLC. The Platform provides training plan architecture, workout logging, biometric monitoring, macrocycle analysis, and coach-client management tools.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at bespoke@lukulatelier.com.

4. User Roles: Coach & Client

The Platform supports two primary user roles:

• Client: An individual using the Platform to log workouts, track biometrics, and follow training plans. Clients may operate independently or under the guidance of a linked Coach.
• Coach: A fitness professional who uses the Platform to design training plans, monitor client progress, and manage client relationships. Coaches access client data only through authorized, system-managed links.

The Coach-Client relationship is managed through the Platform's linking system. Coaches may view, create, and modify training plans for linked clients. Either party may request unlinking at any time. Coaches remain responsible for professional judgment, client communication, and appropriate handling of client information.

5. Training & Health Disclaimer

The Platform is a training management tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. All training plans, biometric insights, readiness indicators, and AI-assisted recommendations are informational only. Users remain responsible for safe training decisions and must consult qualified medical professionals before beginning any training program. See our Health & Fitness Disclaimer for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
• Manipulate URL parameters, API endpoints, or database queries to bypass security controls.
• Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from the Platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid access may be introduced in stages. Purchase paths, renewal rules, cancellation terms, taxes, and platform-specific terms will be presented before a paid transaction is completed. Access availability may vary by product, account type, platform, and rollout stage. Until paid purchase paths are enabled, public pricing pages are informational and do not create a purchase obligation.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to WHOOP, Oura Ring, and Strava. These integrations are provided for convenience and are governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

9. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform may utilize AI-assisted or algorithmically generated recommendations for training plan design, progression logic, and readiness assessment. These features are tools to support coaching decisions, not autonomous medical or training prescriptions. All AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and validated by a qualified coach or the user before implementation.

10. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Architecture & Telemetry Rules. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal or biometric data to third parties. You retain ownership of your biometric footprint and may request data export or deletion at any time.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting bespoke@lukulatelier.com or via the Account Deletion process.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise platform security.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lukul Atelier LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or training results, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
