You may request deletion of your Lukul Atelier account and associated personal data by emailing bespoke@lukulatelier.com. This page explains how to submit a verified request and what may happen to account, training, and related data.
Send your request from the email address associated with your Lukul Atelier account. If you cannot access that email address, include enough information for support to help verify account ownership.
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests, support may need to verify account ownership before processing. We target handling verified requests within 30 calendar days, unless legal, security, payment, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations require longer retention of limited records.
After verification, eligible account data may be deleted or anonymized. Depending on your account context, this may include profile details, training plans, workout logs, user-entered training metrics, coach/client link records, and related app data controlled by Lukul Atelier.
Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons. Payment processor transaction records may also be controlled by the relevant payment processor and cannot always be deleted directly by Lukul Atelier.
If you are a coached client, coach, or studio/business contact, deletion may also affect access links, coaching relationships, and studio context records. Deleting a coach or studio contact account does not automatically delete separate client accounts unless those clients also submit verified deletion requests.
