The Platform may display biometric data from integrated wearable devices (including WHOOP, Oura Ring, and Strava) and user-entered metrics (bodyweight, RPE, sleep quality, readiness scores). This data is informational only and should not be used as a diagnostic tool. Wearable data may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Do not make medical decisions based on data displayed in the Platform.
The Platform may generate AI-assisted or algorithmically derived training recommendations, progression suggestions, or readiness assessments. These outputs are computational estimates based on available data and are not medical prescriptions.
