Nutrition

Keep a simple record of what you eat

Add your own meal entries, include calories or macros when you want to, and revisit your daily totals. Nutrition records stay within your own account.

Step 1 · Manual entry

Log a meal in your own words

Choose a meal type, describe the meal in your own words and add calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber when you know them. The macro fields are optional and can stay empty.

  • Meals are saved in your own account.
  • The numbers are the ones you type.

Step 2 · Saved meals

Saved meals stay on your record

Each saved entry becomes a meal card on your own Nutrition page, with its meal type, time, description, optional note and the values you logged.

Step 3 · Daily totals

See the totals for the day

The daily summary adds up calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber from the meals saved to your own account for that day.

Totals sum saved entries; they are not recommended intakes or measures of health or recovery.

Private targets

Compare the day with targets you set

You can set private daily targets on your own Nutrition page and see your saved totals next to them.

Targets are private to your own Nutrition page. Targets are values you choose for comparison, not a recommended intake.
