Workout planner

Know what you are training next

Put the session in order before you begin. Keep the exercise prescription and session details clear, then compare the plan with the work you record.

Coming soon to App Store + Google Play Free tier available. Paid tiers expand advanced use, coaching workflows, and system depth.

Plan the session before you train

Each exercise gets its working sets before you train: load, reps, target RPE and rest, with a note you can read when it is time to lift.

Set the load, reps, effort and rest before you train.

Lay out training days and rest days

Choose training and rest days, then add the exercises for each session.

Give training and rest days a place in the week.

Then compare the plan with the record

The plan stays as written. Once the workout is sealed, the record shows what was actually done, set by set.

  • Plan: three sets of 6 at 70 kg, target RPE 7.
  • Record: three sets of 6 at 70 kg, the third set at RPE 8.

// EXERCISE ARCHITECTURE

Build sessions as ordered systems, not loose lists.

Exercises can be added, ordered, grouped, copied, moved, and prepared before the session turns live. The planner keeps the session readable while preserving enough structure for serious programming.

[EXERCISE LIBRARY]

Add movements into the day.

Insert exercises from a structured library and build the training day with deliberate movement selection.

[REORDER FLOW]

Arrange the session sequence.

Place the work in the order it should actually be performed before the session reaches the floor.

[LINKED WORK]

Connect related exercises.

Group related movements and superset-style structures when the session requires connected work.

[CLEAN RESET]

Rebuild without dragging noise forward.

Wipe a day when its structure needs a clean rebuild rather than another layer of old decisions.

// PROTOCOL DETAIL

Set targets before you train

Planned session Planned session Ready to train

Set the weight, reps, effort and rest for each exercise.

Keep the details clear before the session starts.

Set Type Warmup / Primer / Working / Backoff / AMRAP
Load Planned weight
Reps Planned reps
RPE Target effort
Rest Rest between sets
Tempo Execution intent
Paused Technical execution flag
// BLOCK MOVEMENT

Move the plan without breaking the block.

Training changes. LuKul gives the plan enough structure to move, copy, project, and redeploy without losing the logic of the block.

[MOVE DAY]

Shift the day when life changes.

Adjust the training schedule while keeping the planned work readable and connected.

[COPY STRUCTURE]

Reuse without stale session data.

Repeat useful structure while preserving separation from completed training records.

[PROJECT WEEK]

Extend a week across a month.

Carry the current training structure into the next planning window when the block calls for repetition.

[REORDER EXERCISES]

Refine sequence before execution.

Tune the session order while the work is still in planning state.

// DEPLOYMENT

The plan becomes executable.

When the block is ready, LuKul deploys planned structure into the training runtime. The plan remains the plan; the log records what actually happened.

Planned protocol and logged reality stay separated, so history stays clean.

// TRAINING CONTINUITY

A planner should protect the next decision.

Traditional logs capture what happened. A serious planner protects what was intended before it happened: the structure of the week, the purpose of each day, the target effort, and the protocol that later becomes history.

[INTENT]

Intent before execution

The session starts with structure already defined.

[DATA CLEANLINESS]

Clean planned data

Planned work remains separate from completed logs.

[BLOCK]

Block awareness

A training day belongs to a larger phase, not just a calendar square.

[DECISION]

Decision continuity

The next session can be shaped by the plan, the log, and the history between them.

// PLANNER FAQ

Questions before planning.

Is LuKul a workout planner?

Yes. LuKul includes workout planning for structured training days, exercise selection, planned sets, reps, load, RPE, rest, tempo, and block-level training intent.

Can I plan a full training week?

Yes. LuKul supports weekly planning surfaces and separates training days from rest days so the week exists before sessions begin.

Does LuKul support RPE-based planning?

Yes. Planned protocols can include RPE targets, along with load, reps, rest, tempo, set type, and execution details.

Can I copy or move training days?

LuKul includes planning tools for moving, copying, reordering, and projecting structure while keeping planned work separate from completed log data.

Does the planner connect to workout logging?

Yes. The planning layer is designed to deploy into the live training runtime, where completed work is logged separately from the original plan.

Is this an AI-generated workout app?

LuKul includes advanced system architecture, but the core planner is built around structured training continuity: plan the block, execute the session, preserve the signal, and decide from history.

Is LuKul available on iOS and Android?

LuKul is preparing controlled native rollout for iOS and Android. Store links will be added when available.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. A Free tier will remain available. Paid tiers expand advanced use, coaching workflows, and system depth.
